The major crowd platforms don't operate in Ukraine. That leaves a deep bench of strong linguists and software engineers who are available to work and used to working to a spec.
Our founder still does reviewer-level work on frontier AI data platforms. That is deliberate. It keeps our rubric calibration honest, and it is why our QA pipeline is built the way the platforms actually run it.
Sanctions-clean Russian coverage
Every Russian-speaking specialist we field is a Ukrainian citizen based in Ukraine or the EU. Nobody in Russia or Belarus, no payment routes through either, documented per person on request. Native Russian language data without the compliance exposure.
